Former Life Time Fitness Employee Pleads Guilty to Molesting Young Girls

Anthony Webster will serve 16 years in prison with no parole after he pleaded guilty last month to molesting three young girls in the child care center of a Life Time Fitness in Collierville, TN.

The state of Tennessee had wanted to give Webster a 24-year sentence, but Webster cut a deal for the mandatory 16-year sentence and pleaded guilty to four counts of aggravated sexual battery, according to multiple Memphis, TN-area media outlets. Webster also will receive community supervision for life.

The assaults occurred in the summer of 2011 in the Life Time club's child care center. Webster, who worked in the child care center, was arrested on July 14, 2011, and was arrested again the following month on additional charges of aggravated sexual battery. Life Time immediately suspended Webster upon an investigation and fired him after his first arrest. The ages of the victims at the time were 6, 8 and 9.

In June 2012, the families of the three victims filed lawsuits against Life Time Fitness in the Circuit Court of Tennessee.
