The majority of the franchises in the top 10 were fast food companies: McDonald’s (No. 1), KFC (No. 3), Burger King (No. 4), Subway (No. 6), Domino’s (No. 7), Pizza Hut (No. 8), Chick-fil-A (No. 9). Others in the top 10 were 7-Eleven (No. 2), Ace Hardware (No. 5) and Circle K (No. 10).
After Planet Fitness, the next highest-ranking fitness company was Anytime Fitness, Chanhassen, Minnesota, at No. 69.
