Member Data Is Your Foundation for Meeting Customer Expectations

Technology’s role in the fitness industry as well as in the lives of health club members accelerated during the past year and a half, and health club operators need to adapt by better understanding how to integrate customer technology and operational technology into their facilities, according to Ian Mullane, CEO of Keepme. Mullane will share insights on this topic and more in his keynote, "Reimagine Today’s Member Journey to Unlock More Revenue," at the Club Industry Executive Summit Nov. 8-10 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville. Register now for the event, which includes three separate summits tailored to different segments of the industry: one for clubs and studios, one for not-for-profits and an invitation-only event for the highest revenue-generating clubs and studios in the country. All three groups will come together for Mullane’s keynote on Nov. 9.

Mullane offers some highlights of his keynote in this short video.

Mullane will delve into how data can help you offer the personalized experiences that today’s members want both inside and outside your clubs.

"Data is where we see the most opportunity to leverage,” Mullane said in the video. “Data unlocks insights and capabilities that you may not realize. Every operator has the data, but not all of them have it in a format that allows them to unlock it to get the benefit from it.”

Mullane will share in his presentation how to unlock the data and capitalize on it.
