David Rayner, vice president of strategy and development for IdeaWork Studios, began his career with Kimpton Hotels in an operations managerial role at the Sir Francis Drake and supported the opening of The Argonaut Hotel. He then worked for Morgans Hotel Group’s CLIFT where he led their customer relationship management efforts and several other data-driven projects. After two years, Rayner was tapped to spearhead Crunch Fitness's digital efforts. As their director of interactive and online marketing, Rayner spearheaded the strategy and development of Crunch’s online presence and online marketing initiatives. He then came to IdeaWork Studios where he oversees new business development, account management and campaign strategy.
