Operation FitKids (OFK) is reaching more and more of our nation's youth! New sites are opening at Chicago's Austin Community Academy, Corliss High School, Crane Tech Prep School and Sengstacke Academic Prep Center; New York's Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis High School; and San Diego's Mount Miquel High School and Clairemont High School.
Come Say Hi!
Stop by and see OFK at the ACE Booth at the IHRSA Trade Show in San Francisco, March 21 through March 24, 2001. They'd love to talk to you!
The International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) shares Operation FitKids' goal of increasing the health and wellness of children across the United States. IAFF's ACE-certified Peer Fitness Trainers will lead the IAFF FireFitKids Program.
Using Fire Fighters as role models, the IAFF will provide community outreach at OFK facilities while introducing teenagers to the fire service and the need for wellness. Operation FitKids/FireFitKids sites are currently being identified across the United States.
Operation FitKids welcomes partnerships can your organization help out? Working together will strengthen the efforts to improve the health and fitness of our nation's youth.

How to Help
You can help Operation FitKids meet its goal of opening 100 new facilities. Corporate and private sponsors that share the goal of encouraging kids to get active and fit can give tax-deductible donations to help drive the program nationwide. A financial donation will help OFK open centers and educate the public, media and legislators about the value of Operation FitKids.
Product manufacturers can donate fitness accessories, and equipment manufacturers and health clubs can donate new or used fitness equipment, or help facilities with training needs.
