Life Time Fitness Sued for Alleged Breach of Lease Contract

Life Time Fitness faces a lawsuit for $100,000 in damages for allegedly failing to make necessary upgrades to a building it leased for a decade in downtown St. Paul, MN, and for allegedly funneling members to other locations when the lease expired.

Life Time Fitness, Chanhassen, MN, is being sued for allegedly failing to make necessary upgrades to a building it leased for a decade in downtown St. Paul, MN, and for allegedly funneling club members to other locations when the lease expired.

Capital City Ventures (CCV), which owns the historic building, filed the lawsuit Monday in Ramsey County District Court. It is seeking $100,000 in damages.
