Midtown Athletic Club announced its flagship W. Fullerton Ave. Chicago club would re-open later this year as the Midtown Athletic Club and The Hotel at Midtown. The six-story, 575,000-square-foot facility is the largest of its kind in the country, according to a Midtown representative. The $75 million project was a collaboration between Midtown, locally based DMAC Architecture and tennis star Venus Williams' V STARR Interiors.
