The U.S. Department of Defense sent out its Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) customer satisfaction survey to service members this week.
Individual active duty and reserve-component service members will be able to answer questions about whether their base fitness center needs new equipment, whether they want more recreational traveling opportunities or whether there are enough recreational opportunities for single-service members.
