Rick Brunson, the former NBA player who was arrested in June stemming from an incident with an employee at a Chicago-area Life Time Fitness, was indicted on charges of attempted criminal sexual assault, criminal sexual abuse, aggravated battery and domestic battery.
Brunson pleaded not guilty to all charges in a Lake County (IL) courtroom last Thursday, the Chicago Tribune reported.
