Former NBA Player Pleads Not Guilty to Sexual Assault and Battery Charges

Rick Brunson, the former NBA player who was arrested in June stemming from an incident with an employee at a Chicago-area Life Time Fitness, was indicted on charges of attempted criminal sexual assault, criminal sexual abuse, aggravated battery and domestic battery.
