LA Fitness, Arizona's leading health club chain, is pleased to announce that it is in the process of remodeling and replacing equipment in ten of its clubs in the greater Phoenix and Tucson markets. The remodels, which will be completed on a rolling schedule throughout June and July, will complement the features already in place at each location while reinforcing the LA Fitness commitment to meet the distinct diversity of its membership base. Specific remodel work and equipment replacement will vary by club but include some or all of the following: refinishing of hardwood floors in the group fitness room, racquetball and basketball courts; new flooring in the cycling studio, new LCD televisions, refinished saunas, new carpet, lighting and paint/graphics; and new cardio machines, strength equipment, free weights and indoor studio cycles.
In addition to a full-scale remodel of its Tucson East club, LA Fitness is expanding that club by more than 7,000 square feet. Once complete, the club will feature all new cardio equipment, all with the personal TV screens, among other new features.

Members of these clubs will have access to other clubs in the area so that they do not experience interruptions in their normal routine.
