A former Gold's Gym franchisee has less than a week before he has to respond to a civil lawsuit filed by the Rhode Island attorney general.

A former Gold's Gym franchisee has less than a week before he has to respond to a civil lawsuit filed by Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Kilmartin.

Kilmartin sued former Gold's Gym owner David Walker and Gable Fitness (dba Gold's Gym) earlier this month, citing violations of the state's deceptive trade practices act and health club act.
