The latest reported incident of spying in the fitness industry occurred not in a health club, a YMCA or a university rec center but at a corporate fitness center.
Thomas John Herold, a 66-year-old former contract employee at 3M Co. in East Maplewood, MN, is accused of putting a camera in the women's locker room shower of 3M's fitness center, the St. Paul (MN) Pioneer Press reported last week.
